At In-n-out they make their burgers fresh. They never have there patties frozen they're cooled. Everything is fresh at the restaurant. From the patty to the lettuce. My choice would depend on my mood. If I am super hungry I will go to Wing Stop for the simple fact that I can order ahead. On the other hand if I want a burger I will choose In n Out for they make their burgers fresh. Plus, I know the wait is long but once you take a bite out of that burger the wait will be well worth it.
